The Strategy Board program is a 10-week intensive workshop designed to prepare students for interviews and roles in real estate equity, real estate debt, and investment banking. Applicants must possess an understanding of real estate fundamentals through prior participation in SREG’s Mentorship Program, work experience, or academic classes. At the end of the program, Strategy Board members demonstrate their technical knowledge through presentations of an acquisition opportunity from a common equity perspective.

Strategy Board applications are now closed for the Fall 2025 semester. New applications will reopen in the Spring 2026 semester.
