The Mentorship Program offers students the opportunity to learn real estate fundamentals, build strong connections with peers and SREG alumni, and develop various technical and soft skills applicable to numerous finance roles. The program is open to freshmen and sophomores. After completing the Mentorship Program, students will possess the competitive edge needed to pursue internships in the real estate sector and across the finance industry, along with the opportunity to be considered for SREG’s Strategy Board Program.

Mentorship Program applications are now closed for the Fall 2025 semester. New applications will reopen in the Spring 2026 semester.
