Joshua Haghani
Co-Director of Professional Development
Joshua Haghani is a sophomore at NYU’s Stern School of Business concentrating in Finance and Real Estate.
Joshua began his involvement with SREG in his freshman year, starting in the Mentorship Program and subsequently advancing to the Strategy Board. Over the past summer, he gained valuable experience at Avison Young and Ariel Properties, where he contributed to various teams by underwriting commercial real estate, conducting market research, and cultivating relationships with new capital services clients.
As Co-Director of Professional Development, Joshua oversees SREG’s two training programs — the Strategy Board and the Mentorship Program. He hopes to play a vital role in shaping the professional growth of members, ensuring they acquire the skills and insights necessary to excel in the dynamic field of real estate.
