Joshua Haghani

Co-President

Joshua Haghani is a senior at NYU’s Stern School of Business, concentrating in Finance and Real Estate.

Joshua began his involvement with SREG in the fall semester of his freshman year as a member of the Mentorship Program, then advanced to the Strategy Board in the spring. As a sophomore, he served as Co-Director of Professional Development, helping lead SREG’s Mentorship Program. During his junior year, Joshua helped oversee the Strategy Board Program in the fall and served as Co-Vice President in the spring. He now serves as Co-President of SREG.

Professionally, Joshua has gained experience across various buy-side and sell-side real estate roles through internships at Foxwood Development on the Acquisitions Team, Avison Young on the Investment Sales Team, and Zenith IOS on the Investments Team. Most recently, he interned on the Investments team at W. P. Carey.

In his free time, Joshua likes to travel, try new restaurants, and play tennis.
