Ezra Habert
Director of Internal Affairs
Ezra Habert is a sophomore at the NYU Stern School of Business, concentrating in Finance and minoring in Psychology. Since joining SREG in his first year, Ezra has participated in the Mentorship and Strategy Board Programs. Through these programs, he has worked on investment pitches across multiple real estate sectors, developing an industrial REIT pitch as part of the Strategy Board and a deep-dive analysis on life sciences.
Professionally, Ezra is currently an analyst at American Triple I, an infrastructure investment firm focused on equity and debt strategies in public-private partnerships. At ATI, he contributes to underwriting analysis, prepares investment committee materials, and conducts market research across various sectors, including transportation, digital infrastructure, and social impact real estate.
Outside the classroom, Ezra serves as a youth hockey coach and is a lifelong athlete. He is a marathon runner, skier, and avid backpacker who enjoys planning multi-day hikes, exploring new terrain, and visiting national parks across the country. He’s also a three-time fantasy football champion and proudly serves as commissioner of multiple leagues.
