Eric Azrak
Co-Vice President
Eric Azrak is a junior at NYU's Stern School of Business, minoring in Mathematics and double-concentrating in Finance and Real Estate. Since his first semester at Stern, he has been actively engaged in SREG programming, joining the Fall ’24 Mentorship class and the Spring ‘25 Strategy Board. After learning tremendously from these programs, Eric was thrilled to return the favor as Co-Director of Professional Development for the Fall '25 Mentorship and Spring '26 S-Board programs.
Complementing his SREG involvement, Eric has worked in acquisitions at Triangle Capital Group, a distressed real estate debt and equity investor, and in asset management at Thor Equities Group, a $20B AUM real estate private equity firm. This past summer, he joined Tishman Speyer’s Portfolio Management team and will join Blackstone’s Real Estate Debt Strategies team in summer 2027.
Eric spends most of his free time listening to podcasts, catching up on the news, discovering new music, working out, or playing tennis. Eric is always eager to learn from those around him and loves the opportunity to connect with new people.
